He was predeceased by : his father Franklin R. Middaugh Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Donna Middaugh (Ervin); his wife Karen Middaugh (Wise); his sons, Andrew Middaugh (Angela) of St. Thomas, Thomas Middaugh of St. Thomas, Eric Middaugh of Greencastle and Franklin Middaugh III of Chambersburg; his grandchildren, Makenna, Hailey, Hunter and Keegan; and his siblings, Paul (Amy) of Wisconsin, Diane Young of Chambersburg and Pam Baker of Fayetteville. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made towards the funeral expenses.
