With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenn O Stoops (Chambersburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 22, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Stoops and Reba Stoops (Bumbaugh). He is survived by: his wife Elsie M. Stoops (Cordell); his sons, Paul of Chambersburg and Dale (Lori) of Brisbin, PA.; his grandchildren, Brandon (Qirsten), Briauna (Dallas), Tucker, Terah (Logen), Trey, Madelynn and Olivia; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Braxton and Leeam.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home (333 Falling Spring Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17202). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home (333 Falling Spring Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17202).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pond Bank Independent Church, 6704 White Rock Rd., Chambersburg, PA 17202.
