He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Howard (Kegerreis) of Chambersburg, PA; his sons, Wade Howard (Paula) of Chambersburg, PA and Donald Howard (Laura) of Paoli, PA; his grandsons, Lucas and Benjamin; and his sister Barbara Figlok of Dover, PA..

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home (333 Falling Spring Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17202). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Parklawns Memorial Gardens (3218 Philadelphia Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201).
