We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2024, at the age of 74, James Wright of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Clarksburg, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Wright to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Grover Paul and Elizabeth Wright (Dinnin); and his brothers, David Grover Wright and Eugene Paul Wright. He is survived by : his wife Bernadine Wright (Duckworth); his sons, James Corey Wright (Becky Lynn) of Gibsonia, PA and Matthew Scott Wright (Stephanie Daniels) of Linden, VA; his grandchildren, Citrus, Wesley, Tristan and Drayk; his sister Susan Wineke of Salsbury, PA; his siblings-in-law, Lou Duckworth of Chambersburg and Mary Bowers of Kearneysville, WV; and his mother-in-law Carmelina Duckworth of Martinsburg.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (225 S 2nd St, Chambersburg, PA 17201). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church of Chambersburg (225 S 2nd St, Chambersburg, PA 17201).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in person at the service or via GoFundMe: https://www.gofundme.com. All donations received will be donated to Doey's House in Hagerstown, MD who helped to make Jim's last day so peaceful for him and his family.
