He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginger" Black (Haulman); his children, Kim Kegerreis (Jody) of Chambersburg, Brett Black (Lisa) of Shippensburg, PA and Michelle Black of Chambersburg; his granddaughters, Katie Winner (Wesley) of Littlestown, PA, Lauren Elyard (Spencer) of Lusby, MD and Emily Black of Morgantown, WV; his great grandchildren, Linnea Winner and Owen Elyard; his sister Lois Black of Chambersburg; and his sister-in-law Jean Black of Chambersburg.
