He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Purdy and Howard Purdy; and his brothers, Karle Purdy and Richard Purdy. He is survived by: his wife Norma S. Purdy; his children, Karen Purdy Glassick (Bob) and Jack Purdy (Danielle); his grandchildren, Katie Harmon (Phil), Dan Glassick (Kristy), Emily Myers (Cody), Andrew Purdy and Laura Purdy; and his great grandchildren, Mollie, Sam, Maggie, Dixie, Calvin Harmon, Ava, Owen Wheeler, Caden and Beau Myers.
