He is survived by: his parents, Martha Fahnestock and Lyester Fahnestock; his wife Lisa; his sister Barbara Oliver (Travis); his nephew Jack (Stacy); his great-nephew Bryar; his great-niece Jordie; his uncle Jerry Fahnestock; his cousin Paul (Jen); his mother-in-law Carolyn Shuman; his siblings-in-law, Chad Myers and Angie Myers; and his nephews, Cort, Galen and Lanah.
