She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stechna and Mary Stechna; her husband George W. Hoffman; and her sisters, Ann Hibay, Helen Hoyson and Dorothy Campbell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Eileen Hoffman-Meier (Michael) and Ellen Hoffman Picciano; her grandchildren, Steven Picciano (Lena), Jennifer Jackson (Sean) and Jessie Picciano; her great grandchildren, Elaina Picciano, Malia, Sean, Layla Jackson, Lincoln and Lucas Picciano; and her grandchildren, Stefanie Meier Bell (Dan) and Christopher Meier (Missy Deus).
