She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa van der Vorst (Frank) of Illinois and Ellen Hawk of Fayetteville, PA; her sister Claire Naples of Rochester, NY; her nephews, Karl Eiselen of Borneo, Malaysia and Grant Eiselen, MD of Pensacola, FL; her grandson Paul van der Vorst; and her uncle Frank.
