With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael L. Knepper of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 16, 2026 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Michael departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Michael. Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leibold Knepper and Charlotte Elizabeth "Betty" Knepper (Lindsay). He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Stephanie Brown (Brian) and Suzanne Knepper; his grandchildren, Jonathon Brown (Katelynn (Cavanaugh)), Jocelyn Kuhn (Grayson Oroke), Tyler Kuhn and Matthew Brown (Sydney Rinker); and his great grandchildren, Greyson and Charlotte Brown.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mercy House in Chambersburg.
