She was predeceased by: her parents, Grandon Carmack and Betty Cordell Carmack; and her brother Grandon Carmack, Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Carmack (Marion) of Waynesboro, Donald Carmack (Karen) of Chambersburg, David Carmack of Chambersburg, Rhonda Morales Solise of Chambersburg and Kimberly Kopp of Fayetteville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
