She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Fegan, Sr. and Margaret Eckels Fegan. She is survived by: her close friend Mercedes Nippes of Chambersburg; and her siblings, Tauna Brown (Ron) of Chambersburg, James E. Fegan, Jr. (Martina) of Chambersburg and Mark E. Fegan (Nancy) of Chambersburg.
