He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Higgins and Mary Higgins (Tyszkiewicz); his son Patrick M. Higgins; and his sister Mary Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Higgins; his son Michael Higgins (Libby); and his grandsons, Andrew and Gregory Higgins.
