The memory of Paul L. McCleary of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 17, 2025 at the age of 90, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Paul may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Paul touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. McCleary and Sara Piper McCleary. He is survived by: his wife C. Elaine Thompson McCleary; his sons, Timothy L. McCleary (Mary Ellen) of South China, ME and Todd M. McCleary of Chambersburg; his granddaughters, Molly McCleary of Boston, MA and Mandy McCleary of Washington, DC; and his sister Pauline Frey of Chambersburg.
