It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Roland Leclerc of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 16, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Leclerc and Irene Leclair Leclerc; and his former wife Teresa Marie Robichaud Leclerc. He is survived by: his wife Valerie K. Mangus Leclerc; his children, Kevin Leclerc, Kathy Cranford, Karen Wyman (Mike), Keith Leclerc and Karl Leclerc (Theresa); his stepchildren, Christi Buermann and Kelly Barnes; and his siblings, Yvette Belletete (Peter) and David Leclerc (Jane). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
