Phyllis C. Frank Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phyllis C. Frank of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 3, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ambrose Grove Christman and Margaret Bishop Christman; and her son-in-law Steven Minnich. She is survived by: her children, Vickie Witter (Jeffrey) of Fayetteville, PA, Douglas Frank (Paula) of Hanover, PA and Marla Minnich of Waynesboro, PA.; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Buhrman (Michael), Heather Martinelli (Mark), Kyle Witter, Jacob Minnich (Aliia), Lauren Frank (Ashleigh Farone) and Hannah Minnich; her great grandchildren, Landon Buhrman, Finley Buhrman, Sophia Martinelli and Ava Martinelli; and her brothers, Bishop Christman (Evelyn) and Gregory Christman (Patricia).
As Phyllis was a lifelong member of the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, in lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in her memory for the Rev. Dr. Clarence A. Neal Chapel.
