He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. "Sandy" McMillen (Hamilton) of Chambersburg; his son Preston J. McMillen II (Carisa) of Chambersburg; his grandson Shaun D. McMillen (Jamie) of Shippensburg; his great grandchildren, Charlee and Ellee McMillen; and his siblings, Wilbert C. McMillen and Rita J. Yingling.
