He is survived by: his wife Karen Long Carbaugh; his children, Gregory Carbaugh of Gettysburg, PA, John Carbaugh of Gettysburg, PA and Darci Newcomer of Chambersburg, PA; and his siblings, Gary Carbaugh and Ruby Wetzel.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home & Cremation Center (333 Falling Spring Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17202). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Inc. (333 Falling Spring Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17202).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter, 5051 Letterkenny Rd. West, Chambersburg, PA 17201.
