She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Etter (Hoover) and Andrew H. Etter; her former husband Fred B. Culbertson; her husband Robert E. Eckman; her grandson Kevin R. Shoop; and her siblings, Samuel, John, Emery, Lester Etter, Mary Danzberger, Margaret Warren, Laura Heckman, Dorothy Sleighter and Janet Etter.
She is survived by: her daughter Judith Culbertson Shoop (Rodney); her siblings-in-law, Donald Culbertson (Joyce), Janet Culbertson and Peggy Bryner (John); her niece Linda Staley; and her nephew Robert Eckman (Vickie). She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
