He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Kenneth Decker and Kathleen Kendall Decker; and his wife Delores J Decker. He is survived by: his children, Gretchen Jones (Vance) of Richmond and Michael Decker (Selina) of St. Thomas; and his grandchildren, Grey Pierce (Rae) of Chicago, Katherine Pierce (William) of Chicago and Gregory Pierce (Elizabeth) of Churchville, Virginia..
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mercersburg Academy, Traylor Hall (100 Academy Dr, Mercersburg, PA 17236).
