He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lewis and Rosemary McGlone Lewis; and his daughter Lauren Sue Hunt. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Karper Lewis; his children, Shirley Deanne Kirschner (Kevin McAteer) of Moorpark, CA and Robert Paul Lewis (Vickie) of Morehead, MI; his stepchildren, Carol MacDonald (Jack) of Winchester, VA and Tom Smith (Tina) of Chambersburg, PA; and his sister Beverly Joann Bailey (Ed) of Plainfield, IN.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; seven step-great grandchildren.
