She is survived by: her husband George Shearer; her children, Stephen Shearer (Patty Cain) of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania and Laurie Matlock (Scott) of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania; her sisters, Vonnie Angle of Bainbridge and Ann Young (Kenneth) of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania; and her granddaughters, Melissa Shearer (Michael Nawrot) of Camden and Emma Matlock of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania..
