It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven M. Foote of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 17, 2025, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Steven shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Steven farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foote and Ruth Ann Garner (Shuhart); and his brother Kevin Foote. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Foote (Byers); and his children, Christopher Foote of Shippensburg, PA and Katherine "Katie" Foote of Chambersburg, PA..
