He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Gillan (Sellers) and William Gillan; and his wife Loma Gillan. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Stepler (Douglas) of Chambersburg, PA and Lance Gillan (Jennifer); his granddaughter Emily Stull; his great grandchildren, Zayla Stull of Waynesboro and Alora Stull-Starliper of Waynesboro; and his stepgrandchildren, Logan Stepler and Addisyn Stepler of Fayetteville.
