He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin M. O'Hara and Faye O'Hara (Hechler); his former wife Leah M. O'Hara (Phillips); and his siblings, Patricia L. Foust and James M. O'Hara.
He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Tracy A. Gift (Donald) of Chambersburg, PA, Terry L. O'Hara II (Lori) of Chambersburg, PA, Howard Faust (Laurie Miller) of Chambersburg, PA and Donnie Faust (Teresa) of Howe, IN; his stepson Marc Sparks; and his sisters, Tammy R. Pearson (Kim), Debra Parker and Ginger Barnes (Harry). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
