He is survived by: his close friend Wilma Papalia of Chambersburg; his children, Theodore E. Hughes III of Chambersburg and Brittany Hughes of Martinsburg, WV; his granddaughter Alia Hughes of Chambersburg; his sister Carolyn Washabaugh (John) of Fayetteville; his stepchildren, Trevor O'Quinn (Crystal) of East Berlin and Kandis Shoaf (Nathan) of Ft. Meade, MD; and his stepgrandchildren, Leana O'Quinn, Kayden O'Quinn, Faith Shoaf, Hope Shoaf and Patience Shoaf.
