She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Keefer and Dorothy Keefer (Melius); and her siblings, Nancy Keefer, Debbie Higgins, Wesley Keefer and Denny Keefer.
She is survived by: her husband William Wines; her children, Craig Humwood (Sarah) and Amber Perry (Tyler); her stepchildren, Brittany Higgins (Troy) and Wysper Robinson (Levi); her grandchildren, Adelynn, Zechariah, Micah Perry, Isaac, Jacob Humwood, Alayna Karlee Higgins, Lindsey and Kinzley Cisney; her siblings, Donna Zullinger, Terry Keefer (Rhonda), Kevin Keefer and Brian Keefer (Teresa); and her uncle Allen "Sonny" Melius. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home Ltd. (725 Norland Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home (725 Norland Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Parklawn Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, to help the family with funeral costs a monetary donation can be made to the cost through the funeral home.
