He was predeceased by : his parents, Gladys Rowe and Wayne Rowe; and his wife Sarah Rowe. He is survived by : his son Wayne Rowe, Jr.; his granddaughters, Ami Olden and Jenny Miley; his great grandchildren, Aliyah Spriggs, SGT Dante Spriggs, Sarah Wagner, David Wagner, Alex Rowe and Shelby Machel; and his siblings, Joretta Wile, Laura Wishard and Glenn Rowe.

A graveside service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Parklawns Memorial Gardens (3218 Philadelphia Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201).
