He was predeceased by : his parents, W. Preston Hawbaker and Elva May Hawbaker (Blair); his former life partner Dorothy L. Chamberlain; his wife Lois J. Armstrong; and his siblings, James A. Hawbaker, Robert N. Hawbaker and Helen Widdows.
He is survived by : his children, Stephen C. Hawbaker and Pamela S. Hawbaker; his grandchildren, Sadie L. Wolf (Darren), Benjamin F. Hawbaker, Emily B. Hawbaker (AJ Greer) and John T. Bair (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Sophia Hawbaker, Theodore Hawbaker, Mason Bair, Connor Bair, Lincoln Bair and Nathaniel Wolf; and his siblings, Boyd E. Hawbaker (Dorothy), Richard P. Hawbaker, Mazie J. Meyers and Rudy L. Hawbaker (Sandra). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
