With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alfred D. Dillard of Charleroi, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 25, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Henry and Janie Penn Dillard; his grandparents, Sam Willie, Martha W Dillard, Sabe and Kate M Penn; and his brother Henry Leon Dillard.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara L. Dillard; his stepmother Eva Mae Dillard of Axton; his children, Madria Louis, Shaunta Thomas (Kendall), Takeesha Cook, Tomika James, Antwan Goggins (Nadine) and David Hairston; and his sisters, Norma (Jesse) of Martinsville, Virginia, Carter (Linda G Dillard) of Martinsville, Virginia, Sheila Madden (Chris) of Martinsville, Virginia, Jacquelyn Tinsley (Lamount) of Martinsville, Virginia, Allison Dillard of Texas and Karen Tartt (Cece) of Pennsylvania.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the House of Jackson Memorial Chapel (546 Thompson Ave, Donora, PA 15033).
