She is survived by: her children, Jack "Patrick" Johnson (Erica) of Monongahela, Zebadiah Johnson (Breana) of Monongahela and Valerie Catalfu (Jason) of Van Voorhis; her grandchildren, Karleigh, Declyn and Sylvia Johnson; and her siblings, Colleen Spahr (Chris) of Monongahela, Rosemary Kerlin (Sam) of Perryopolis, Lisa Truffa of Monongahela and Ernie Truffa (Debbie) of Monongahela. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
