She was predeceased by: her parents, John'Jack'R. Cassidy and Gail Ruth Cassidy; her close friend Edward'Ty''Tyber'Tyburski; and her nephew Jason Michael Nix. She is survived by: her daughters, Stacey Fazenbaker (Bryan) of Palm Bay, FL, Danielle Schultz (Matthew) of Claysville, Cassie Clark (Todd Hazlett) of Mars and Jessica Tyburski (Jordan Scowary) of Perryopolis; her grandchildren, Mikayla, Caleb (Jacqueline), Jared Schultz, Jack, Drew Clark, Scott Fazenbaker and Lucille Scowary; her sisters, Sharon Rossell (Cindy Furlong) and Elizabeth Rotheram (Keith Willey); her niece Jennifer Williams (Duane); her great-nephew Evan; her nephew Jonathan Rossell (Felicia Mullaney); and also Laila. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
