It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janis M. Rach (Charleroi, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 17, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Angel and Dorothy Angel (Algeo); her husband Ferdinand C. Rach; her grandson Michael Drawl; her sister Shirley Reardon; and her son-in-law Jack Laughlin.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Laughlin, Janis Cope (Richard), Jill RachBeisel Beisel (Daniel), Jeffrey Rach (Sandra) and James Rach (Connie); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Nicole, Emily, Brian, Julia, Diana, Brendon, Charles, Katie and Craig; and her great grandchildren, Thomas, Naudia, Zoey, Sawyer and Roman.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hogan-Melenyzer Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (226 Fallowfield Ave, Charleroi, PA 15022). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Inside the Church (624 Washington Ave, Charleroi, PA 15022).
