She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kaschok, Jr. and Alice Wislosky Kaschok; and her sister Donna Kaschok Armstrong. She is survived by: her significant other Frank Gahagen; and her daughter Susan Gentile.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Melenyzer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services - Charleroi (825 Fallowfield Ave, Charleroi, PA 15022).
