He is survived by: his wife Sandra A Joseph Cooper; his children, Scott Cooper Jr. and Heidi; his son-in-law Shawn Patterson of Carroll Twp; and his grandchildren, Scotty Cooper III, Maggie Cooper and Sydney Patterson.
