He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Sciore Sr. and Mary Clausi Sciore; his wife Dolores Rozzi Sciore; his siblings, Rocco, John Sciore and Vivian Igoe; and his son-in-law George Vargo Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Milissa Bruce of New Stanton, Scott, Stephanie Sciore of Greenville, SC and Sharon Vargo of Belle Vernon; his brother Louis'Gig'; his sister-in-law Joyce Sciore of Smithton; and his grandchildren, Craig (Mariann Bruce), George Vargo II and Kala Vargo.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations (626 Broad Ave, Belle Vernon, PA 15012). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. John the Baptist RC Church (3332 Pittsburgh St, Perryopolis, PA 15473). A burial was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at the Belle Vernon Cemetery (117 Allen Ave, Belle Vernon, PA 15012).
The Family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Salvatore Sciore, Jr. to one of his favorite charities St. Jude's Hospital or OSPTA Hospice.
