She was predeceased by: her parents, Johann Laun and Berta Zitalu Laun; her husband James W. Smith; her children, Jane K. Hnatik (Frank), Charles "Snuffy" Smith, Robert W. "Smitty" Smith and Tamara McKosky (Gerald); and her grandson Frank Hnatik.
She is survived by: her children, Olga Smith of Charleroi and Jimmy Smith (Carol) of California, PA; her daughters-in-law, Debbie Smith of Donora and Penny Smith of Speers; her grandchildren, Holly Hoak, Jason Smith, Peter McKosky, Justin Smith, Kaley Madison, Jonathan Smith and Haley White; Aislinn, Rachel and Rosella. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
