She was predeceased by: her sister Grace Garris (Crook). She is survived by: her parents, Dayton C and Mary L. Crook (Klingensmith); and her siblings, Robert Crook (Shannon Buzzard) of Indiana, Edward Crook (Tina) of Latrobe, James Crook (Benita) of Bradenville, Nancy Crook of Cherry Tree, David Crook (Jennifer Chronosky) of Indiana and Linda Lee (Justen) of Homer City. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Homer City Church of the Nazarene (3513 US-119, Homer City, PA 15748). A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at the Oakland Cemetery (845 Rose St, Indiana, PA 15701).
