He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Claudia C. Shulman (Cerciello); his parents, Sidney S. Shulman and Jean Shulman (Perkiss); his son Joshua D. Shulman; his sister Ellen (David Tuckman) of Scottsdale, AZ; and his brother-in-law Max Cerciello.
In lieu of flowers, David's family would be honored by any memorial contributions given in his memory to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the Northampton Area Konkrete Kids Educational Foundation, and/or the Disabled American Veterans organization.
