He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Palmer and Thelma Palmer (Wheeler); and his sisters, Jeanne Judd and Barbara Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Elizabeth Palmer (Heflin); his daughters, Shannon Brooks (Tom) and Brandi Palmer; and his grandchildren, Kendal Roberts, Madison Brooks, Cassidy Roberts, Lane Brooks, Sky Brooks and Harper Brooks.
