She was predeceased by: her parents, Hurford C. Moses and Lottie M. Moses (Emery); her husband Warren W. Witmer; and her siblings, William "Jim", Bruce, Russell Moses, Doris Lucas and Gleta Herb.
She is survived by: her sister Charlotte V. Wertman of Elverson, PA.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church Cemetery (1239 Clover Mill Rd, Chester Springs, PA 19425).
