He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Hemcher and Eleanor Hemcher. He is survived by: his wife Susan Hemcher; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Todaro (Craig), Jessica Gondek (Brian), James Hemcher (Trisha), Deborah Lis Mitchell (Charlie) and Andrew Lis; and his siblings, James Hemcher, Sharon Hemcher Krikorian and Philip Hemcher.
