He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lewis and Shirley Hall; his grandparents, Milton Sr. and Katherine Hall; his aunts, Doris Jenkins and Betty Thorogood; and his uncle Milton Hall Jr..
He is survived by: his aunt Dolores "Tootsie" K. Jennings; his sisters, Sheila Hall Spencer, Crystal Berrien Hutt, Thorogood and Jenkins; and his goddaughter Safiya Davis. He is also survived by loving friends who were like brothers and sisters.
