He is survived by: his sons, Micheal McMillan (Carlene), Jermaine McMillan (Monique) and Joseph McMillan; his stepson Darrell McMillan; his siblings, Patricia Collier Olivia Young (Micheal), Audrey Wood (David), Delphine Green Anna Dawson (Marvin), Gary (Mildred) of Washington and Darren (Nicole) of Washington; and his uncle Neices. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, a host of Aunts.
