He is survived by : his children, Gerald McKenzie, Iris Foreman (McKenzie), Renee Hayward (McKenzie), Grover McKenzie III and Darryl McKenzie; and his siblings-in-law, Annie Jones (Bowie), Viola Bowie, Gail Bowie and Charles T. Bowie.
