He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Ethel and Harry Edward Dorsey, Sr.; his wife Shirlean Dinetta Dorsey; and his siblings, Anna Townsend, Joyce Dorsey, Janice Dorsey, Tommy Dorsey, Alonzo Dorsey (Classic) and Lamonte Dorsey.

He is survived by: his close friend Lucy Jones; and his children, Donald Womack, Sr., Theresa Womack and Darryl Womack. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Salvation Army (Chester) and Wounded Warriors.
