Jack Ross Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ross and Hepsie Ross; his close friend Pernella Tilghman; and his siblings, Edward Ross Jr., Marvin Ross, Ruth Etta Smith, Mary Jane Wilson and Julia Lloyd.

He is survived by: his son Jack James; his siblings, Isaac Ross, Albert Ross and Delores Winsley; his granddaughters, Jacquae Maultsby and Jacqueline James-Hartley (Martinez Hartley); and his great grandchildren, Janea Marshall, Janiya Marshall and Makai Hartley.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Luke Community Christian Church (317 Central Ave, Chester, PA 19013).
