He is survived by: his wife Janice Floyd; his goddaughter Stefanie Y; his stepson Malcolm Lockley; his grandchild Ginea Lockley Pagan; his great grandchild Gionna Pagen; his siblings-in-law, Sheryl Johnson, Cynthia McNeil, Ruteena Blake, Brenda Sharpe, Glenda McIntyre and Theron McNeil; his grandchild Zyaire Lockley; his great grandchildren, Gionna Pagan and Marley Bates; his aunt Rebecca McNeil Pender; and his uncles, Herman McNeil and Joseph McNeil.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Luke Community Christian Church (317 Central Ave, Chester, PA 19013). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
