He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Middleton and Kathryn Middleton (Evaul). He is survived by: his wife Tanya Marie Stroh; his children, Tessa Middleton (Dean) and Tim Middleton (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Taylor (Wyatt) and Bichon Dan.
