Westley; his wife Kayla Sudler-Quail; his children, Raekwon Coleman, Isaiah Sudler-Quail and Jazmine Quail; his brother James Maguire; his brothers-in-law, Terry Dingle, Myron Wyatt, Taequan Maxwell, Donald R. Butterfield (Patricia), Clement Butterfield, Stanley Butterfield (Colleen) and Cleveland Butterfield, III; his sisters, Stacey Quail and Carlotta Brown-Williams (Marion Williams); his godchild Aasim Warren; his mother-in-law Carolyn Sudler; and his grandmother Christine Frisby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
